These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the paolopedrazzi.com website (“Site”), operated by Paolo Pedrazzi (“Owner”), based in Milan, Italy.

By using the Site, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept the Terms, please do not use the Site.

The Site offers the following services:

• Information about technical consulting, agentic AI, and venture building services
• Booking of consultations and sessions
• Sale of courses and digital products (ebooks)
• Blog and informational content
• Newsletter signup

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and source code, is the property of the Owner or of the respective authors and is protected by Italian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of the content without the Owner's prior written authorization is prohibited.

Purchases of digital products and service bookings are handled through the Stripe payment platform. The Owner does not directly store credit or debit card data.

• Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is made at the time of ordering.
• Digital products are delivered immediately via download.

Pursuant to Article 59(1)(o) of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal.

For consultations, you may withdraw up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and receive a full refund.

The Owner strives to keep the Site running and its content up to date, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

• Blog content and published information are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.
• The Owner is not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.
• Links to external websites are provided for convenience, and the Owner is not responsible for the content of third-party sites.

Signing up for the newsletter is voluntary and requires providing an email address. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email or by writing to privacy@paolopedrazzi.com.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers under Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005.

Consumers residing in the European Union can use the European Commission's ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
