What I’m running
A portfolio of software products: some born in my incubator, others built with the people who dreamed them up. They’re alive, they’re online, they have users.
Almost all the day-to-day work (code, releases, support) is handled by AI agents. I set the mandates and make sure what comes out is good.
Who keeps the shop open
None of these products has a dedicated team of people. Each one has agents with a mandate: write the code, ship it to production, answer customers, notice when something breaks.
My job isn’t writing anymore: it’s deciding what’s worth doing, setting the right constraints, and checking the result before a customer sees it. It’s the same craft I practiced in the editorial room, with collaborators who never sleep.
Got a product in mind?
Bring it as it is now, even half-baked. The first thing we do is figure out whether it’s worth building: that’s the step that saves the most time of all.
