I work with people who want stuff that actually runs
I build software products with AI agents, launch AI-first startups inside my incubator, and bring agentic AI into companies that don’t know where to start.
Three different ways to work together, one rule: at the end there has to be something in production, not a document.
Book an hourHow it works, in practice
Diagnosis
Before proposing anything, I look at how the work gets done today: where time is lost, where money is lost, what nobody wants to do by hand anymore.
Mandate
We pick the piece to hand to the agents and write down what they need to achieve, under which constraints, and how the result gets verified. This is the part that decides everything else.
Build
The agents write, test, and ship to production. I direct and verify. I don’t deliver demos: I deliver things that stay live and hold up under real use.
Autonomy
In the end, the system has to run without me. The method, the materials, and the keys stay with whoever pays for the work.
It starts with one hour
Bring me the problem the way it’s in your head right now. By the end of the hour you’ll know where to start, even if you then decide to do it without me.
